End-User Interaction Made Simple
• Via Smartfolio, end users can access content in a manner that best suits their preference for the task at hand:
- Home tab provides end users with quick access to admin curated featured and required content.
- Search by document or folder name when the exact text is known.
- All Files provides a classic folder browsing experience.
- Favorites allow for end users to curate content for quick access at a later time.
- Recents and Downloads provide a system curated lists of content ordered based on last access or download time.
• Additionally, users can customize individual PDFs through the ability to annotate, bookmark, and take notes for future reference.
