SMARTGov Inspect

Inspect is a component of SMARTGov, designed for and aligned to the workflow of a field inspector. With Inspect, inspectors can review, record, and print inspection results while onsite. Inspectors receive and send real time updates with an internet connection to SMARTGov. When an internet connection is not available, Inspect allows the inspector to complete their inspections and sends the updates when connection to the internet is restored.

Inspect provides the following capabilities:
• View and update inspections scheduled today
• Initiate driving directions to the next inspection
• Locate scheduled inspections on a map
• Call primary contact and view scheduling notes
• Complete inspection checklist actions
• Identify corrections and code references
• Print or email inspection report
• Track time spent traveling and inspecting
• View summary of permit information including alerts, contacts, conditions, inspections, submittals, fees

An active SMARTGov mobile license is required
