• Square feet wise or fixed maintenance charge is set by the admin and calculated automatically every month for each flat owner.
• Dues of the flat owners are calculated automatically month-wise. Residents also can view their dues at any time.
• Flat owners can pay monthly maintenance charges along with parking, water, and late fees in three payment modes — Cash, Cheque, and online. Even flat owners can pay their dues online from any place and can attach the payment document to help the admin notify about the payment clearance.

Income and expenses tracking

• Expense heads are managed by the admin and they can see them by selecting the expense heads through our society maintenance app.
• Admin can view pending dues and available funds in cash and bank.
• To track all expenses, generate all financial statements, and reports for auditing.

Email/SMS gateway

• Through notification, SMS and e-mail, users are notified.
Reports
• Payment reports, expense reports, income and expenditure reports, and outstanding reports are viewed through the society accounting software and controlled by the admin.
