Emergency alert app was specially created as a secondary alert, a notifier and also to assist with mass evacuation in case of any emergencies, especially fire. Sometimes, we may be in an enclosed home with the aircon on, engrossed in loud home-entertainment, dead-asleep behind closed doors, using the headphones, busy in the toilet, fire-panel faulty and for reasons like this, fail to respond in a real fire situation.

So, with this app, the security/management in-charge can simply trigger a panic button, in case of an emergency and send everybody a siren + notice personally on their mobile phones (with evacuation procedures/instructions), leaving no one behind. There is also a request option, where residents/occupants, for example, can take a snapshot of the litter and post in the app & also request for cleaner assistance or maintenance, for the convenience of the building occupants.

This app is useful and important for the day-to-day property-management operations, security duties, occupants' safety and effective ‘fire-management’ solutions or strategy.
