SmartRide DRT is an on-demand ridesharing service by Earadat, designed to serve corporate clients across the GCC.

To Book A Ride:
1. Sign up with your organization’s email address
2. Tell us where you are going and where you are coming from
4. Request a time for your Ride
5. Be ready at the pickup location
Note: This service is for approved users. It may take up to 24-48 hours for your account to

Choose when and how you ride.
You can make a booking up to a week in advance. Or on-demand before you ride.

Track your driver in real-time to your pick-up location through our easy-to-use app. We
even send you a notification when we are on the way so you can be ready when we
arrive.

The app will show your pick-up address and your drop-off destination.

SmartRide DRT is a rideshare service. That means SmartRide DRT users heading in the
same direction may also be picked up and share the ride with you. Sometimes, that may
mean you are the only person in the vehicle, and at other times, it could be full. It does
mean you are expected to meet the vehicle when it arrives, so you dont hold up a ride for
others. Our drivers can only wait a few minutes before they must head to their next
pickup.
All our friendly drivers are SmartRide DRT trained and have completed comprehensive
background checks. If you need extra assistance, they will be happy to help. SmartRide
DRT is offered by Earadat.
