SmartRPlace

Smartrplace offers an intelligent room control system that automatically regulates heating systems, typically reducing energy consumption by up to 30 percent. Thanks to the connection to the employee or occupancy calendar, the smart solution only heats or cools occupied rooms. This ensures energy efficiency and increases the comfort and working conditions of the members of staff. The Smartrplace energy management system can be installed quickly and easily in offices and other buildings such as schools without structural measures.

- Login to your own SmartrplaceBox
- Access an overview of your rooms with measured room temperatures, heating or airconditioning temperature setpoints and current operation status.
- Set your building into Eco Mode. During Eco Mode all your rooms temperature setpoints will be set to their eco mode temperature. In normal operation (eco mode deactivated) each room temperature setpoint is controlled by the Smartrplace heat control system based on automated demand learning and settings made by your facility management.
- Adapt the setpoint temperature for your rooms individually for a certain duration e.g. for the duration of a meeting. After the room usage the room temperature will be set back to automated operation automatically.
