The SMRT app replaces printed meter reading route sheets as well as old, expensive, and outdated handhelds. The SMRT app automatically syncs to the billing platform and allows you to:
• Input meter readings for meters assigned to your route
• Create work orders on demand as problems are identified in the field
• Work Offline and easily sync when network is available
• View specific meter and service address related details
• View and update meter comments
• View the meter’s exact GPS location on a map
• Easily see progress along the route (# of meters read vs total meters in the route)
• Notify meter readers of potential leaks with high usage alerts
