What is it about?

Snaglens is an app that is connected to a backoffice application. It is a closed community. If a business has a license it gets access to the backoffice where the administrator can define users. For every user a QR-Code will be generated. This QR code needs to be scanned when the app is started for the first time. For the business some properties can be configured in the back-end. These properties will be the input fields in the app. The purpose of the app is to register incidents via photo and video. Then these properties need to be filled in to add additonal information. When the data has been completed it is send to the backoffice. In the backoffice an administrator can generate an incident and add the photo's that have been send by the app. The incident then can be assigned to a person that needs to solve it. In this way you have a solution to orchestrate your maintenance.
