Each contest can have 20 participants being as a voter or photo taker
A contest would go on for a week allowing more participants to join.
A participant would have to deposit $1 to joined as any player
After a week, the deposits will be divide by the number of winners. The voters who voted on the most voted photo and the photo taker who took the most voted photo will receive some of the split deposit
