Know and control your sleep.

Snorzzz will monitor your environment while you're sleeping and alert you with a sound if it detects that you are snoring to "nudge" you a little so you stop snoring. Also, when events are detected, they are recorded into your "Sleep Log", so you can review and listen to them. The recordings run past the alert so you can listen to how it affected you, and understand how successful your settings are, and what works best for you.

If you only want to monitor your sleep and not be alerted when you snore, you can turn off the alerts in settings. This is great to understand your sleep patterns.
