• Social distancing is the practice of avoiding social contact where possible. This means not gathering in large groups, avoiding unnecessary travel and use of public transport, trips to shopping centers, malls, grocery stores, supermarkets etc.
• If it is unavoidable to stay at home, experts recommend you should maintain a distance of 6ft or 2 metres from other people. This can help reduce the chance of transmission of the virus and keep you and others safe.
