Participatory Digital Attestation (PDA) Partner app lets partner users (participants in a session) record their attendance
(under any participating program) by simply scanning QR codes. Participants
receive an attestation of their attendance immediately into their mobile app wallet. The app lets users
share (through WhatsApp, email, or any other social media) their attestations with any third-party
entities/personnel for furthering their job prospects and livelihood opportunities. Participants can also
access the program content through the Topic Library feature on their mobile phones.
