What is it about?
Relay gets the users Geographic location and compares that to the instructors location. If the user is within reasonable proximity the relay allows the users to log into a SoftClick session ID. If student is not in the local area, they will not be able to login to the session ID when an Instructor enables the relay feature from the Acquisition program.
