The app guides the user through the steps under the Security of Payment legislation in each State and Territory of Australia. There is no longer a need to wade through and interpret pages of legislation. It features automatic date calculations for notices to be issued by the user and includes sample documents. The user is reminded by calendar notifications as to the next task to be completed.

The benefit to claimants is to obtain timely payment for building works completed and/or a respondent to respond to claims and not suffer default under the legislation.
