Sophro Stress is an application that helps you manage your stress.
It's your reference application for learning how to relax at any time.

This application was developed with Christophe Meyer who is Expert Sophrologist, some psychologists and some psychiatrists.
It is the recognised reference for practising sophrology because it follows the different stages developed by neuropsychiatrist Professor Caycedo.

This application is designed for anyone who wants to manage stress effectively. Students who want to learn sophrology.
It is also aimed at nurses, practitioners, therapists and psychiatrists to help them better manage their patients' stress.

With Vital Energy you get 15 minutes of group sessions with a sophrologist.
