HOW IT WORKS
Activate an account with Sorbet using your work email
Select the portion of your Paid Time Off balance you wish to take as time off
Select the portion of your eligible Paid Time Off balance you wish to cash out
Load it onto your virtual pre-paid card
The time you cash out will be deducted from your Paid Time Off balance
Reinvest your cashed out days in amazing travel, entertainment and wellness rewards or anywhere else Visa is accepted
