A user must be a resident of the community in order to sign up for the app. Users obtain an account by manually requesting to be invited by the community management. They receive an email and SMS with a 4-digit code and are prompted to sign up with their details (name, phone, password). Only people who live in the community can be invited to the app. There is no paid content in this app. The content is provided by the community as part of being a resident of the community. With the Speak2 Neighbors app, residents in senior living communities can access content and make requests for services. Residents can easily get their menu, calendar, announcements and community links. They can place requests to the departments in the community, and view other residents and groups. They can also Check In with heir community, and see documents that are made available to them by the community staff.
