They simply request access from their favoured suppliers and complete their company details and they are ready to start creating projects right away. They have the ability to add team members and set their roles, access rights and individual hourly rates for each user. Specifi’s Team features also allow users to manage their time with a clock-on/clock-off feature and reports can be generated for reference.

All new users get a generous free trial period of 30 days signing up through the website, which is ideal for this busy industry and entitles them to use all of the available features on unlimited projects. This allows the user to put the platform through its paces with as many projects as they like. Specifi is then priced at a very modest £39 ex vat per month for a single user and £59 ex vat for a 3 user multi licence. Additional users are charged at £5 ex vat per month. Annual subscribers can save 15%.
