SpeechPath helps families/carers practise cleft speech therapy at home - between clinic visits - using clinician-assigned games, pictures and sounds.
Your child’s Speech & Language Therapist (SLT) sets a personalised plan in the app, so practice is focused, fun and aligned with therapy goals.

Designed with input from NHS clinicians and parents, SpeechPath supports consistent, engaging practice while giving families simple tools to track progress and stay on course. It’s built specifically for children with cleft lip and/or palate who are already under the care of an SLT.

What you can do
• Follow a personalised plan: Your SLT assigns target sounds and activities tailored to your child’s needs, keeping home practice aligned to therapy goals.
• Play to learn: Interactive, gamified exercises turn short daily practice into something children want to do, helping them repeat target sounds accurately and with confidence.
• Get clear guidance: Built-in tips show how to make each sound, so you can support correct production at home.
• See progress over time: Simple, in-app progress views help you and your child see how practice is going and discuss it with your SLT at the next appointment.
• Work together with your clinician: Your SLT can review practice and adjust the plan to keep therapy on track.SLT.

Who it’s for
Families of children with cleft lip and/or palate who are receiving speech therapy, and SLTs who wish to prescribe and monitor home practice between sessions.
