App Store Description

The Sphera® First Report™ application provides the ability for any authorized users within an organization to report events, such as incidents or near-misses, directly from their mobile devices regardless of their location. The application synchronizes and submits reports of events that are captured from mobile devices to Sphera® Impact™, your enterprise operational risk management solution.

The First Report application also includes an offline capability that allows events to be captured in remote locations where no network or signal is available, thus ensuring that no event reports are missed. The application will then monitor signal/network availability to automatically synchronize and submit the report to your enterprise Sphera® Impact™ environment.
