Spice Dentist

Spice Dentist is a platform designed and built for Dentists who wish to have a full monitoring system over their clinics. It is a kind of digital personal assistant. The platform will help them in their daily work process from taking appointments to building a treatment plan, appointment management, following operations history, cashflow reports, patients follow up, stock management, financial auditing and accounting for taxation.

Login through a user account created by the clinic manager or maybe the user himself (the account should be approved on the clinic management side for the file to be completed).
Appointment Management: view the previously booked appointments as well as booking new ones, canceling pending appointments (1 Appointment at a time can be booked).
Cash Flow Reporting: view previous payments and Appointments and Operations Costs.
Operations Reporting: Take a look at the previous operations made by each doctor in the clinic as well as grabbing a look at the treatment plan.
Personal Profile: Fill a personal profile application where several fields can be available: E-mail, Phone Number, CNSS or Insurance availability, Medical Problems…
Forum Chat: A simple chatting interface between the dentist (or assistant) and the patient
Notification Reminder (before appointments, ads …)
Chatbot using WhatsApp especially for the appointments.
AI used to assist the patients choosing his appointments.
