Having a particularly bad day? Spiri offers three "mind tools" to help you release your upset quickly. The Altar gives you a luminescent, meditative space for the prayer of your heart to be answered. The Levels of Mind and Instrument for Peace tools guide you step by step on mystical mountain journeys into your mind. On these journeys, you are invited to get in touch with what's bothering you, and to question the underlying negative thoughts and beliefs so you can let them go. The end result of this self-inquiry is seeing that you can be happy and peaceful no matter what.

Spiri's movie section is a comprehensive list of the best movies for awakening. Not only do you get suggestions for movies based on how you feel, but you can browse through Spiri's library of more than 450 movie reviews to find the exact movie to watch based on how you feel and what you are ready to heal.
