- MEASURE BARBELL VELOCITY AND JUMP HEIGHT WITH REAL TIME FEEDBACK. If you use your Apple Watch, the data is sent automatically from your wrist to your iPhone in real time. Set a velocity loss threshold and receive real time alerts. With Spleeft, you can measure traditional barbell exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench press... With the iPhone app, you can measure machine exercises like leg press by placing the phone on the weights. The Apple Watch extension allows you to measure velocity in dumbbell exercises. Spleeft can measure velocity in the vertical axes, like a linear position transducer. This allows Spleeft to be one of the best Apple Watch apps for fitness.
- DATA ANALYTICS: track your best rep velocity against a single load of each exercise. This is the best way to know if you are improving your performance. Review your load - velocity profile, made automatically by our AI algorithms. Estimate your max power load and track your key performance indicators month by month.
- DATA MANAGEMENT, specially thought for coaches. Each of your series is automatically saved at your Apple Watch, iPhone and iCloud to review them in the training history. You can tag your data with an exercise variation (trapbar for deadlift, for example) or your athlete's name. Then, you can filter your data by tag to visualize the data analytics of each of your athletes, for example. If your athlete's track velocity with Spleeft, they can export the data in .csv format. Then, you can import the data into your Spleeft app and tag it with the athlete's name.
