Completely off the grid, as it is fully peer-to-peer and uses "iBeacon" technology (Bluetooth Low Energy) to discover your matches and alert you as soon as a match is nearby.
How it works:
1. Turn on your Bluetooth
2. Fill in the info you want
3. Wait for splum to alert you as soon as another match is in proximity!
4. Check the matches by score and simply send a request
