OPTIONS FOR PHYSICAL COACHING
SportMed method for a (more) active lifestyle:
You do not immediately feel attracted to performance-related competitive sports, but you realize and acknowledge that on a regular basis, you will have to stimulate your body cardiovascularly, with adjusted activities at the right intensity, to maintain or improve your endurance and that this is essential for good health? A SportMed FITT-start will help you to gain insight into your current fitness and health status, to set short, medium and long-term goals and to achieve them in a pleasant way with an exercise program tailored to your needs. With the SportMed Active LifeStyle test and training method you will find the way to a (more) active lifestyle and you will integrate "sports" into your daily activities. Together with your SportMed Cardio-trainer or coach, you choose the accents of your program (fitness improvement, slimming, vitality, etc.). You do sports where, when and how you want with your HeartRateCoachTM on the pulse.

SportMed method for performance-oriented training:
Do you have physical challenges and/or competitive goals in mind, and do you need to improve your endurance to be able to realize them? Then you can choose for the SportMed Performance test and training method to organize your cardiovascular training and achieve your physical goals in the most efficient but also safe way.

Fitness Essentials method (powered by SportMed) for training in a fitness club:
If you like to exercise in a fitness club, you can opt for the Fitness Essentials test and training concept. This concept, which focuses on training on cardio equipment and / or participation in group activities, is specifically tailored to work out in the fitness club or gym.

THE SPORTMED ONLINE APP
Training program:
The cardio program that was put together by your SportMed Cardio-trainer or coach or your Fitness Essentials Cardio-instructor is uploaded to the app so that you always have an overview of the objectives and status per week. All your training efforts are presented in detail.

Report training:
You choose how you wish to report the training efforts. This can be done via a SportMed Cardio Monitoring Concept (The HRC if you want to train outdoor or at home or the Cardio Corner in a fitness club) or simply by entering your training manually.

Test results:
In the app you always have a complete history of your former stress tests available. You will also find other test results of measurements that you have completed with your SportMed Cardio-trainer/ oach or Fitness Essentials Cardio-instructor.

History of your training courses:
All programs that you have ever started can be found in your history

My "Trusted coaches":
Via the app you decide with which SportMed Cardio-trainer/coach or Fitness Essentials Cardio-instructor you want to share your information or with whom you would like to make an appointment for the next training program.
