Spot Calculator pulls the winds from your nearest reporting airport. You input the ground winds and choose the type of airplane you are flying, and it will give you the direction to fly and where to put on the green light.

You always have the option of inputting your own upper winds if you use other apps which may have more accurate wind forecasts than the closest reporting station.
