It is only possible by believing in the capabilities that people have in sharing their resources in the most needed moments. Besides the common phone's Internet connections (4G/3G/2G/EDGE or Wi-Fi), you can now send messages using the BLE (Bluetooth Light Energy) technology, which will allow use people's Internet connections.
There is no need for worries. In future releases the app will have a mobile monitor to ensure that your data will not be totally used by others without your consent.
