Fancy giving your liver a rest and having three days dry?
Spruce is a service that helps people drink less frequently by supporting them to take three days dry a week.
It's much simpler than recording units and helps you understand your drinking behaviour.
Users will also be help us with something bigger!

Research supported by the British Liver Trust shows that not drinking for 2-3 consecutive days each week helps the liver to recover.
Through Spruce, we are trying to spread this message and help you to achieve better liver health.
Spruce is part of a wider project where we will analyse your anonymised data to see how drinking behaviours can be influenced by using behavioural change techniques.
Registration is simple, your data will be held securely and you will be able to delete it at any time. Taking part in the research means we develop the right features for the next update and can grow to help many more concerned drinkers.

How hard can it be going 3 days without a glass of wine or a cheeky beer? Find out for yourself by downloading Spruce and start understanding your drinking behaviours. You won’t be just helping yourself, you'll be a part of something much bigger!

Spruce features:
Use Spruce to plan your dry days and monitor how many days a week you drink - it's easy!
You'll get notifications to help you stay on track, tips for when you’re gazing longingly at that empty wine glass and a monthly overview to see how you've been doing.
We'll give you lots of support to give your liver a break!
