Squat is King. I’ve been keeping track of all my workouts in my notebook for the longest time. It is inconvenient. Picking up your notebook, after each set and recording. This app records all the squats automatically for you. The motion detection does it for you automatically. You don’t have to go out of your way and try to write on your notebook every time you complete a set. It’s simple. The motion detection within this app does this very accuracy. Now you don’t have to ever have to use a notebook to keep track of your squats ever again.

Another issue I had with using notebooks is keeping track of volume. I’ve gotten use to just eyeballing it and recording the squats. Again, why do it? Hence SquatKing.

I wanted to see some graphs. If you work with your notebook, you are not gonna go out of your way and make charts or graphs. You just eyeball your max squat or max volume and that’s the end of it. But with this app, you can view you the history of your entire squat without any problem.
