What is Spaced Repetition?
Spaced repetition learning is a technique used to optimize the process of memorization and long-term retention of information. This learning method involves reviewing information at increasing intervals of time, rather than cramming all at once. By spacing out the review sessions and repeating them over time, the brain is better able to encode and consolidate the information, resulting in better long-term memory and recall. How it Works:
- Create a deck to organize the information you want to learn in one place
- Create cards in said deck which is the information you want to be able to recall
- CramCards helps you to review just what you need to but if you are feeling up to the challenge you can review an entire deck in one go
- The spaced repetition algorithm will suggest the cards you need to review when you need to review them.
