Stebbins Cold Canyon Reserve

The Stebbins Cold Canyon Reserve App is a guide for recreational use of the reserve. The primary goal is to provide information about the biodiversity of the site, while creating an inclusive and safe experience for explorers of all abilities.

The App provides a map to help guide you along the trails. Mile markers on the map will help you gauge your distances traveled and to return. The Nature trail corresponds with markers along the Homestead trail that highlight features and particular species you will encounter.

The Field Guide provides a pictorial journey of the Reserve’s common species of birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians, bugs, and, of course, wildflowers. Short descriptions offer interesting facts about what you are seeing or what is seeing you.

You can help us sustain the Reserve by being eyes and ears for our small staff. Linked to the site are ways to update Reserve staff on hazards, happenings, and interesting discoveries, including photo uploads.
