Steelwrist Quantum

With the Steelwrist Quantum App, your phone connects wirelessly to your Quantum Tiltrotator Control System and Tool Recognition, enabling many smart functions.


QUANTUM TILTROTATOR CONTROL

The user-friendly app lets you perform basic tiltrotator settings and removes the need for an extra mounted display in the cab. The app also enables you to receive remote support from experienced service technicians.

- Change basic tiltrotator settings such as speeds
- View the joystick functions layout
- Change between different user profiles
- Request and receive remote support (requires a stable Internet connection)


QUANTUM TOOL RECOGNITION

The app gives you fleet management functions that track ​​your excavator work tools equipped with ToolRec modules. The system monitors both the physical position and use. Work tools can be given individual hydraulic/speed settings which are applied automatically when the work tool is changed*¹. If you have regular service intervals on your tools you can set notifications to automatically alert you when it's time for service. A map view in the app lets you see where you left your work tools.

3D EXCAVATING SYSTEM

If you have a compatible 3D Excavating System*² and Quantum ToolRec on your machine, information about which work tool is connected to the machine is sent to the system. The system automatically sets the dimensions of the new work tool allowing faster work tool changes and eliminating a potential source of error.

*² For example, Leica, TopCon, and Trimble.


For full functionality, an Internet connection is required and Bluetooth must be turned on.
