The application has the following features:
- Authentication: Users need to authenticate with their credentials before they can use the application.
- Viewing your schedule on the calendar screen: Users can view their inspection schedule on the calendar screen.
- View available orders: Users can view a list of orders available for inspection.
- Order download: Users can download orders for offline inspection.
- Details View: Users can view the details of an order, including the order items (downloaded orders only).
- Evaluate the order and its items with:
- Status: Users can assign a status to an order item, such as “Approved” or Failed”.
- Attach images and/or documents to highlight something: Users can attach images or documents to the order to provide more information.
- Notes: Users can add notes to the order as well as each item.
- Information Upload: Users can upload order information to a server.
- Opening the camera to take photos and add them to orders: Users can use the device's camera to take photos and add them to the order.
- The download and upload feature exists because the app needs to work offline: The app allows users to download and upload information to a server, which is necessary for the app to work offline.

Users can interact with the application by logging in with the received credentials and downloading an available order. After that, they can link notes, images, and documents to orders and order items. It is also possible to evaluate order items.
Another possibility within the app is for the user to view the calendar with scheduled inspections on the calendar screen.

The application aims to allow companies' requests to be evaluated by inspectors. To do this, accounts are created for registered inspectors and orders are released to the specific regions of China where these inspectors are located. Inspection schedules are also created and can be viewed in the inspector's calendar (found on the 3rd page view after logging in).
To inspect an order, the inspector must download that order – the download is necessary because the focus of the application is offline operation. After the download is complete, the order is automatically transferred from the “available orders” screen to the “downloaded orders” screen – thus, on the downloaded orders screen, the inspector can access the products of these orders and inspect each product, linking images, notes or documents.
