Stepboard is a simple step tracking app to help motivate you to walk and be more active.

Studies have shown that walking at least 10,000 steps a day can help reduce the risk of heart disease.

30 minutes of activity per day can also help lower blood pressure, improve sleep, and even help relieve depression.

If your daily average step count is below 5K try
- Going for a walk
- Taking the stairs instead of the elevator,
- Taking that parking spot in the far side of the parking lot

Stepboard will help you monitor your step counts and your daily average so you can see how you are doing.

Stepboard uses your phones Health app and calculates your daily, weekly and monthly step counts without draining your phones battery life.

See how you compare with others around the world with daily and monthly leaderboards.
