What is it about?

Even in our digitalised world, the physical whiteboard often remains the better choice for many meetings. The big advantage over its virtual competitors is that there are no distractions for the participants e.g. e-mails, messages, browsing or incoming calls. The absence of digital devices allows everyone to concentrate fully on the meeting, which not only increases participation/collaboration but also the quality of the meeting. However, the presence of remote colleagues precludes the use of a physical whiteboard - even if a single person participates remotely. With stickAgile, remote participants can actively take part in on-site meetings by creating their own sticky notes remotely. These notes can then be printed directly in the meeting room via VPN or shared as a PDF to be printed and attached to the whiteboard with magnets. This enables on-site colleagues to keep their MacBooks closed and the resulting better collaboration also engages the remote colleagues which ultimately ends in a valuable meeting unlike many others...
