Strags Performance Training

Strags Performance Training is specifically designed for girls basketball strength and conditioning. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and former Women’s D1 Assistant Basketball Coach. I’ll teach you how to take control of your own health and athletic performance with strength and conditioning workouts so you become a better basketball ATHLETE.

I created Strags Performance Training because I wanted to equip basketball coaches and female basketball athletes EVERYWHERE with the education and exercises to enhance your game. Now it's like your strength coach is in your pocket to be used at home or on the road!

After training collegiate and pro female athletes for over a decade, I knew that this information and approach needed to trickle down to lower levels. Why wait until you get to the pros to train like one?
