Strand Tennis is a high-intensity indoor class that features cardio, technical development and strategy work. But it’s so much more than just tennis — it’s a powerful community experience. We teach and play together with a hand-selected music playlist to create a signature culture that many try to copy. We are coached by magnetic instructors who support us, coach us and push us to reach our tennis and life goals. Our revolutionary indoor tennis class is available from 6:00am to 11:00pm every day.
