App Store Description

Strobic is a photo editing tool that will take a series of related photos or a burst from your photo library and composite them into a single action sequence, automatically, in seconds.

Until now, producing action sequences required hours in front of the computer and expensive software. Strobic can do the work for you instantly.

Features:
All processing is on the device, no data connection is required*.
Image stabilization and automatic alignment, no tripod required.
Transparency controls for multiple exposure effects.
Instant gratification, produces a result in about 1 second per photo in sequence (iPhone 7).

Note:
Strobic uses an algorithm to automatically determine what is in motion and what is background. This means anything that appears to move (shadows, parallax, reflections, trees blowing in the wind, other people) in the scene will get classified as action and may interfere with the primary action. Consider this as you frame your shot to ensure a desirable result.

For best results:
Limit the amount of overlapping action.
Limit the amount of camera movement.
Shoot a subject that contrasts against the background.

For horrible results (it's Strobic not magic):
Move the camera all over.
Wear camouflage that matches the background.
Use a burst of an unmoving object.
Ensure lots of other things moving in the background.
