If that server does not have an account with Strong Service, it will record their name so that the next time you can ask to be sat in their section. The app will suggest the best service in a particular area if you are not sure where you want to eat. If you are in the industry and create an account, you are able to indicate when you clock in and out, update your regulars on where you are working, and even update your schedule so your regulars can plan accordingly. If your favorite server has an account, you can rate them on a variety of talents or an overall rating. If their average rating is high enough, they will be recommended to anyone looking for good service in the area. Strong Service is trying to bridge the gap in communication between strong servers/bartenders and their regulars.
