Strongline for iOS is part of the state-of-the-art Strongline Staff Safety system. Hospitals can deploy the Strongline Staff Safety system to give their nursing and care provider staff an inconspicuous and discreet way to signal for help whenever they need. When someone signals for help, Strongline will deliver a notification to other nearby staff and/or central security so they can help to deescalate or disarm a situation that could be dangerous or even life-threatening.

The Strongline Staff System is a cloud-based system consisting of all hardware and software in a self-contained solution that can be deployed and fully operational within days across even the largest hospitals. This solution was co-developed with one of the leading hospitals in the country, Jefferson Health based in Philadelphia, PA. It has been deployed across the hospital and has transformed how confidently and safely staff engage with their patients.

Strongline for iOS provides a simple way for staff members to be notified when a nearby colleague signals for help. This app offers a zero touch interface designed to work on dedicated or pooled phones. Once installed, this application will work silently in the background and require no interaction by the user.

This app has been approved by Apple to deliver alerts as critical system messages, meaning that alerts will generate a clearly audible sound even if the hardware volume switch is turned off or if the speaker volume has been turned down, ensuring that you will not miss an opportunity to help if a coworker is in trouble.
