What is it about?
This app provides workers with a step-by-step struck-by and against Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) questionnaire to aid in enhancing safety throughout a facility. The app will produce a final JHA report that includes all user answers (with option to insert photos of work areas) and will provide solutions to problem areas identified. All reports are confidential to the user and any JHA emails produced are only sent to the email provided by the user. This tool is provided to workers in an effort to properly address and mitigate the hazards of struck-by and against dangers in the wood products industry.
