STRUM scooters are not located in one place.
Parking stations are dotted around the city, to connect its parts and simplify transfer by popular destinations.

Every day people create a new net of routes, by riding STRUM. And the scooters are constantly travelling between parking stations.

How to start?
1. Download STRUM App on your mobile device.

2. Create an account or login into an existing one.

3. Find the parking station nearby and choose a scooter.

4. Unlock the scooter using QR-code.

5. Enjoy your ride.

6. Lock your scooter using one of the parking stations.

7. Finish the ride in the app.

When you ride STRUM, please support our values: respect pedestrians, car-drivers, cyclists and other rides.
Always be aware of safety
Use a helmet.
Never forget about flickers when you ride during dark hours.

Obey traffic regulations
Be aware of pedestrians and other riders.
Avoid riding in the traffic area. If it is impossible to ride on the sidewalk or a bike lane, use the right traffic lane.
Cross the road using the allowed crosswalks.
