Zhukovsky KhAI is a voluntary non-profit union public organization composed of undergraduate and graduate students of the university. Its purpose is to represent and exercise and protect the education, socio-economic, rights and interests of union members. Union members can be anyone who studies at a full-time university and are not restricted by nationality, race, gender, partisanship or religious beliefs.

The Student Union works closely with the Student and Graduate Young Scientists Committee, other public areas, cities and regional associations to oversee the work of the Dormitory Student Council DND.
