note:
If 2 devices attempt to access a fusion splicer at the same time for pairing, the fusion splicer only will sometimes be in a paired state. In that case, using either of the devices please go to FAQ about lock screen in the application and then select "Can I pair this smartphone with the splicer newly?". The splicer will be paired with the device correctly.
