Sukabumi Respondents or abbreviated as SUPER, a mobile-based application that involves public participation and is two-way in nature, so that in this application the community can be relied on by the government of the SUKABUMI CITY in an interactive manner with easy and integrated principles for monitoring development and public services. SUPER is a Public Service Complaint System specifically for citizens of KOTA SUKABUMI.
