With the powerful features of connecting people within the organization, these features become an important vehicle to drive corperate culture in all directions either constant reminders, reinforcement of expected behaviors, leadership visibility including recognitions. Our ultimate objective is to increase the communication traffic within the organization by meaning of increasing D/E ratio. D (stands for dialogue) measures the number of communication or interaction on an subject being introduced in the system while E (stands for event) is the number subjects, information or record being recorded. The higher the D/E, the more “connecting within” the organization. The more connection, the better chance to driver desired culture.
