The XSEED Universal app - available on web and mobile - facilitates the easy flow of information between the various stakeholders at a school.

The Universal app has tailored features available for all the following types of users
1. Parents.
2. Teachers.

There are various types of information that can be shared through the Universal app.

1. Announcements:
a. Regular announcements like circulars and newsletters;
b. Student assignments like homework and quizzes;
c. Daily updates like "Picture of the day";
d. Responses and homework submissions are also possible.
2. School Timetable
a. Annual calendar with school-level events accessible by students and parents.
b. Individual class timetables, along with online class links, available to students.
3. Student Information Zone:
a. Lifelong ID: Every student gets a lifetime valid XSEED ID, which will store all of the students's achievements.
b. Marks & Reports : Marks / Grades information in various tests conducted in the school can be accessed here by parents; Report cards are also published by schools here.
c. Various student certificates are maintained here by the schools.
d. Commentary: Ongoing teacher (and parent) remarks on child’s progress are maintained here.
e. XSEED Learnometer reports can also be accessed by students and parents here.
