PLAN YOUR DAY
- Get a complete overview of your day ahead directly from the home screen
- Access your roster to view your rostered shifts for the coming weeks

STAY INFORMED
- Access client information including medical conditions and behaviours of concern
- View clients warnings that promote the safety of both support workers and clients

MAKE CONTACT
- Easily call or SMS clients and their personal contacts directly from your mobile phone
- View client and personal contact addresses in Google Maps and other mapping platforms to get directions as well as calculate travel time and distance.

STAY SECURE
- Secure access management that aligns with the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and secure password management policies established in the SupportAbility web app

RECORD EVIDENCE
- Mark client attendance
- Check in and out of rostered shifts to record your time and kilometres
- Create journals (case notes) to evidence service delivery and the supports provided

Please note, that using the mobile app requires that the support workers have an existing user account with an organisation that has a SupportAbility subscription already in place.
