What is it about?
A utility to convert to and from the time based on the Unix epoch. You can enter a date in the yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss type formate and convert to Unix time and vice versa. The unix timestamp can be entered and displayed in either decimal or hex format. There is also an option to automatically update the time until you switch back to manual mode.
