This app is intended for the use of swimming teachers. The app is based on what I believe to be the most effective way of developing swimmers.

I have chosen the corrective details based on my many years of swimming teaching experience. Using the drills in your session for your swimmers is at your discretion. Risk assessments, swimmer analysis and all safety precaution are entirely your responsibility.
